Before I met Steph, I was stalking her on Instagram and was jealous of her life. She's a big foodie and her Instagram is filled with posts of scrumptious food that my mouth is instantly and literally filled with saliva. Then I dreamed of going to those restaurants - which I never got to. (I know. Ugh.) Steph and Paul like to drink; coffee but more beer and whiskey. In fact, that's how they first met - being drunk - at their mutual friend's birthday party in 2012; they now live in Long Beach, adopted a lovely Shiba Inu named Mitch. Steph is a nurse and Paul goes to law school and it only made sense for us to have some fun in Long Beach starting at their home. :D
In March 2015, Kay and Joe went to Italy for a trip, traveling cities of Rome, Tuscany, Florence and Venice, and every day Joe took out a ring pop (yes, the diamond-ring shaped hard candy) and teased Kay. By the time she was fed up with those ring pop events - 5-6 times, there was the "real" ring on Joe's hand.
"I ran out of ring pops," Joe said.
(Okay.. I think his comment is hilarious, so I'm laughing out loud silently.)
This engineer-and-doctor couple likes to travel around, is into astronomy and stars (especially Joe), and likes to eat out and try new food. Kay loves trees while Joe likes the desert, and they're museum-goers and love looking at cool buildings. Their wedding will be in La Jolla this fall and I cannot wait to laugh with them all day and witness the awesome celebrations with their loved ones.
Oh... where do I start with these two; Megan and Josh.
First of all, Megan talks a lot like me. We are emoji abusers, and have a very similar humor code (she cracks me up all the time - so bad) and then we call each other "honnnnneyyyyyy." Josh is more on the calm side, goes along with what Megan does/wants and you can clearly tell that he adores her.
They currently live in Texas, but a few months ago, they flew out to LA and spent about an hour with me. They both love drinking beer so... you know.. we HAD to go drink some cold beer during the engagement session. I mean, it was perfect.
